Most of what gets published about leadership is written by people describing a system from the outside. I write from inside one I have spent years rebuilding. That includes the parts that make good conference slides and the parts that do not.
You will find essays here on governance, boards, and the difference between managing decline and building something new. Commentary on AI that tries to cut through the hype rather than add to it. And occasionally, leadership lessons pulled from film, because sometimes the truest case studies are fiction.
